This policy explains how FUN Run & Ride 2026 collects and uses the personal information you give us when you register, under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect · 我们收集的资料

• Full Name (as per IC)
• NRIC
• Phone
• Email
• T-Shirt Size
• Payment status and the payment provider's transaction reference. We never see or store your card or banking credentials — those are entered on the payment provider's own page.

Why · 用途

To process your registration, confirm your payment, send your receipt, and run the event itself (participant lists, category grouping, T-shirt sizing where applicable). We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it · 保存期限

For as long as the event record needs to exist — so that a registrant can still retrieve their receipt afterwards — and then only as long as the law requires for financial records.

Your rights · 您的权利

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any record we are legally required to keep. Contact us at hello@infinitycreative.my.
